APS Research was established in 2021 to research and develop future innovation items of APS Group. Since its founding in 1994, APS Group has grown into a leading equipment company in semiconductor and display fields based on top spirit, professional spirit, and venture spirit.

APS Research will proactively develop future innovation technologies based on core capabilities of semiconductor and display to contribute to the growth of not only our company but also group companies.
